We recommend and use the excellent freeware FTP program LeechFTP.

If you are using CuteFTP or CuteFTP PRO read this:-

In CuteFTP. In the Site Manager, right-click on the ZFM Syndication site and choose Properties, click the General tab and check the box next to Use PASV mode in unticked. In CuteFTP Pro. In the Site Manager, right-click on the ZFM Syndication site and choose Site Properties, click the TYPE tab and change the Data Connection Type to Use Port.

If you are using WS_FTP read this:-

When you open WSFTP, go to the session to connect to your server account. When you see the "session properties" box displayed, simply click on the "advanced" tab. In this box, just make sure that the "passive transfers" box is UNCHECKED.
